Consignment process
1. Handling consignment. After receiving the consignment note and relevant documents, Sinotrans, together with the Civil Aviation of China, will arrange the cargo space according to the principle of loading, the nature of the goods, the number of shipments, the destination, etc., combined with the flights, and then the Civil Aviation of China will issue the air waybill.
3. Load cargo and aircraft. According to the flight, Sinotrans Company will take the goods from the warehouse to the airport on behalf of the foreign trade companies or industrial and trade enterprises, and then send the goods to the designated shipping space for shipment according to the loading documents.
4. Issuance of waybill. Finished loading goods, issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the total air waybill, Sinotrans issued air waybill, air waybill has three copies of the original, twelve copies. Three copies of the original, the first to the consignor, the second by the Sinotrans company to retain, the third with the goods to the consignee. Twelve copies as customs clearance, financial settlement, foreign agents, transit distribution and other purposes.
5. Shipment notification. After loading the goods, the buyer can be issued to the shipping notice, so that the other party to prepare for payment, redemption, for receipt of goods.
